Vikas, Founder of The Productive Pause, brings over 30 years of leadership experience across
corporate travel, hospitality operations, and experiential learning.
His career includes senior roles with global travel brands such as Ebookers PLC, WNS, Thomas Cook, idiscoveri Education and Youreka Children programs, where he built and managed large operational teams, airline and hotel partnerships, customer service divisions, and backend travel systems.
As Founder of Chrysalid Green Getaways, he developed and operated & managed another 6
outdoor learning centres delivering structured corporate and youth programs across India.

MakemyTrip & Zenith Holidays.
