The summer season, from March to June, is the peak tourist time. The weather is pleasant with temperatures ranging from 17°C to 35°C, making it ideal for sightseeing and outdoor activities. 

The monsoon, from July to September, transforms the landscape into a lush, green paradise. 

Winter, from October to February, is cool and dry. Temperatures can drop to around 5°C, and while it rarely snows in Dehradun city itself, the nearby higher altitudes often receive a blanket of snow. This season is perfect for enjoying the crisp air and cozy, chilly evenings.

By Air:

Nearest Airport: The closest airport to most places in Uttarakhand is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or use local transportation to reach the property.

By Train:

Nearest Railway Station: The nearest railway station is Dehradun Railway Station. You can book a taxi from there for the remaining journey. The Kholi is less than one hour drive from there.

By Road:

Self-Drive/Taxi: Dehradun is well-connected to major cities like Delhi. We are 5 hours drive from Delhi. Once the Delhi-Dehradun expressway opens, it will be reduced to 3 hours. You can drive by yourself or hire a taxi.
